BEFORE WE CONNECT
Campaign questions.
Who is PostPurchaseAds built for?
Lead generation advertisers adding retail media to their acquisition mix. Advertiser and offer eligibility are reviewed before creative development.
Can we use our existing lead form?
Visitors must be able to access meaningful offer content without entering personal information. A page that requires information before revealing the offer needs to change or receive specific approval. We review the proposed page and any subsequent lead-capture steps together.
What tracking and attribution are supported?
Direct destination URLs can include UTMs, with a manually assigned creative ID in utm_content. The retailer does not provide a native per-click ID or dynamically populated creative IDs. Affiliate click-tracking redirects are not supported. DCM is the supported third-party click-tracking option, subject to review of the specific implementation.
What creative assets are required?
Native Offer Ads require a logo, headline, body copy, and CTA. Character limits include spaces.
- Mobile: headline up to 25 characters; body up to 85.
- Desktop: headline up to 60 characters; body up to 160.
- CTA: up to 15 characters.
- Logo: 148 × 148 PNG with a transparent background.
How are pricing, availability, and budget determined?
Inventory, pricing, and budget are confirmed for the proposed campaign and timing. A confirmed media plan and signed insertion order are required for launch.
What should we have ready?
Your offer, proposed landing page, definition of an accepted lead, target acquisition cost, timing, and measurement requirements. You can submit an inquiry before the creative is ready.
